CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin | 10mg | Research Use Only

Two peptides. Two different receptor targets. That's the basic idea behind this combination.

CJC-1295 is a synthetic GHRH analog meaning it's been designed to mimic Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone in structure. Ipamorelin works differently. It's a GHS (Growth Hormone Secretagogue) that targets the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). Because they act on separate receptor systems, researchers study them together to observe what happens when both pathways are active at the same time. That's the main reason this pairing shows up in endocrine signaling research.

This is a lab-only product. Not for human use. Not for animals. Strictly research.

CJC-1295 what the research looks at:

In lab models, CJC-1295 has been used to study GHRH receptor interactions in pituitary signaling. Researchers have also used it to look at peptide half-life how long a compound stays active in a model system and signaling duration. Receptor binding work is another common use. None of this is clinical. All preclinical.

Ipamorelin what the research looks at:

Ipamorelin gets studied for its selectivity. Compared to other secretagogues, it has a fairly clean receptor profile in research models mostly GHS-R1a interaction with less spillover into other pathways. Studies have looked at secretagogue pathway signaling and peptide-mediated endocrine response modeling in vitro.

Why researchers use them together:

The two peptides hit different points in the same general system. CJC-1295 on the GHRH side, Ipamorelin on the ghrelin side. In lab settings, studying both together lets researchers observe coordinated signaling effects that wouldn't show up with either peptide alone. GHRH receptor signaling, ghrelin pathway models, pituitary cascade research, endocrine axis interaction these are the areas where this combo tends to appear in the literature.
